As the focal point and center of the GCC organization is in Manila, the GCC Volunteers was organized primarily to reach out to non-Manila based Gigaquitnons, who are imbued with civic-spirit, who are now assisting GCC, and those who may want to help GCC in the future.
We have a growing number of non-members becoming actively involved in our projects and we feel the need to organize our counterparts in some locations. We believe that this is one way to maximize the effectiveness of said volunteers as they could work as a team rather than as individuals. Efficiency can be achieved through communication, coordination and cooperation.
One candidate group are those who are based in our municipality which we call GCC Hometown Volunteers or GCCHV. We look forward to organizing in other places in the near future.
